The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is set to adopt Integrity Chain, a civic-led blockchain transparency platform convened by Donald Lim. The official signing ceremony is scheduled for September 30, 2025, at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM).

Bayanichain team unveils the project to support DPWH transparency efforts

The initiative, powered by BayaniChain (BYC) Ventures, will begin by recording Foreign Assisted Projects (FAPs) on-chain to ensure tamper-proof, auditable, and verifiable records.

What They Are Saying:

Donald Lim, Lead Convenor: “Integrity Chain is more than a platform, it is a civic movement to safeguard the nation’s resources… Every peso and project milestone will now be transparent and verifiable.”

Paul Soliman, Bayanichain: “For the first time, DPWH projects will be open to civic validation and citizen verification. This is how we make corruption technically impossible and transparency the default.”

Zooming Out: BayaniChain is no stranger to public sector blockchain initiatives. Its technology previously powered:

Finally, the number of news and developments related to “blockchainizing the government” has increased in the last few months. Just today, the 8th blockchain bill has been filed in the PH Congress.
